  • Step 3: Offer Presentation

    Following analysis of various variables and your specified terms and offer price, our team experts will prepare an agreement for your review. A representative will explain the agreement before it is signed either virtually or in person.

  • Step 4: Opening Escrow

    Documents will be forwarded to a Title Company to initiate escrow, investigate title, and confirm critical details like property taxes, clouded titles, liens, etc.

  • Step 5: Contractor Inspections

    During Title Company work, our team & partners/contractors will assess your property for future repairs.

  • Step 6: Closing Day

    On closing day, Title Company will complete the transfer of title and close escrow, providing you with full payment and relieving you of any property concerns.
